An Integrator in short is the right hand man/woman to the CEO/Entrepreneur/Visionary. They are the actionable side of the vision. They work directly with the head of the organization to capture their long term vision and see to its execution. A Fractional Integrator is someone who does this part-time or while serving multiple clients.

Steady Force Solutions focuses on the main pillars as the key to any successful organization and business:

Strategic Planning – Our unique approach combines both traditional corporate strategy with elements of the military decision making process. This unique approach provides you a different perspective and approach to complex issues.

We align an integrator, project managers or executive/virtual assistants to fit your needs, and organizational energy.

Integrators: The Integrator will work directly with the CEO/Entrepreneur/Visionary through weekly virtual meetings, phone calls, and the occasional face to face to first establish long term goals. From there we get to work on how to strategically achieve those goals. Once that’s approved we collaborate with your executive team to introduce, integrate, and implement through your leadership until those goals are achieved.

Project management: Our project managers are ready to help you on a project basis or a retainer basis. They will integrate into you current systems and collaborate with the stakeholders on all projects from start to finish (project initiation, planning, execution, and closure)

Virtual/Executive Assistants: Our EA/VA are perfect for the small business or start up that isn’t ready for a PM or an Integrator. These assistants are exceptional at taking the administrative, data input, and organizational responsibilities off your plate so you can focus on why you started your business in the first place. The benefit of a virtual assistant is the quality for the price. No overhead expenses, flexible hour pages and higher quality services at a more affordable price.

If you have the capital to hire a full time employee with the skillsets we provide we absolutely recommend you do so, those types of assets are hard to come by. However, the biggest benefit to hiring a fractional or virtual teammate is its low risk and high reward. Avg Integrator/COO for a company of 10-20 employees generally earns well above $120k/year. Project managers typically range from $60-$100k per year, and executive and virtual assistance $35-$60k per year. Contracted teammates generally cost a fraction of the cost (Salary+benefits), yet provide the quality of in house employees.

Your relationship with our integrators is one of our biggest strengths. Our integrators are available to communicate with CEO/Visionary/Entrepreneurs all hours of the day, through any means of agreed upon communication methods. We ask you respect their personal time, and want to clarify communication is not the same as working. Our PMs and Assistants retain the flexibility to work with you on their hours of availability. Rest assured communication will not break down.

This largely depends on your organization’s capacity to change and the capability to adjust. Often, in order to become more efficient your workload and demand on your team will increase for a short period of time. Once we have identified the changes necessary to take you to the next level we will create the actionable plan and begin implementation. 

In our experience there are four factors that created a need for integrators:

  1. You’re financially ready (affordability) you can support the additional expense of another asset (this is typically a short term issue as you will begin to see financial improvement with our assistance).
  2. Psychologically ready (ready to let go of control) Most Entrepreneurs struggle with this the most. They know they need to let go but are simply not as ready as they thought they were. We can create the best strategy for you, if you’re not ready to change it won’t matter.
  3. Lifestyle readiness (ready for fewer hours, or the same hours with a different focus, or less stress).
  4. Unique ability (ready to be 100% you, the OWNER, entrepreneur, and creative)

While we are honored, that is not how our business is set up. That being said, if you’re ready to transition these positions into full time employment we absolutely support you and will even assist in connecting you with a person that fits your business to the best of our abilities.

These relationships typically begin because you have identified a need for help with leadership, management, actionable planning and execution. That being said, typical relationships last 1-3 years. Most of the time the relationship ends when the organization grows to a level they are ready to hire full time or there is a change in the visionary/integrator relationship. We don’t want to see those clients go but are proud to have helped them achieve their goals. Ultimately we ask for a minimum of 9 months to create the vision, the plan and initiate the execution.
