Project Management

Project Management is the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and experience to achieve specific project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters. Project management has final deliverables that are constrained to a finite timescale and budget. Our project managers are different from most because we have adapted the military decision making process (MDMP) to complement traditional PM methods to help you achieve your project goals Our PMs break down all projects in these four ways:

Initiation

  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand the purpose and desired outcomes of the project
  • Identifying project scope
  • Determining SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound)
  • Clarifying resources like budget and time constraints
  • Confirming team size and roles required
  • Determining how often and which stakeholders will be involved throughout the project
  • Compiling a project proposal and project charter

Planning

  • Deciding on milestones that lead up to goal completion
  • Developing a schedule for tasks and milestones, including time estimates and potential time buffers

  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Organic media and paid advertising coordinating, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
